Guillermo Ortiz Pichardo (Mexico City, 1986) is a graduate from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City with a communication degree. He has worked for the last three years with Tania Zarak at Bonita Films as head of project development, heavily involved in the production of the features The Girl (2012) and Tanta Agua 2013). He has also collaborated with Condé Nast México creating behind the scenes documentaries for Vogue magazine. Las Lágrimas (2012) is his first feature as a producer. He is currently the John Houston Scholarship for Directing Recipient at USC School of Cinematic Arts in California.
